Description
Tulle drop waist gown has a shirred empire bodice, Tulle flutter sleeves with removable Velcro cap liners. The empire bodice is accented with a jeweled piece and a Tulle sash that ties in back. The full skirt has tiers of tissue-edged Tulle.
